All financial transactions on the Meryph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Meryph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.
Deposits are credited to your Meryph account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Meryph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed the same day the request is submitted. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Meryph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Meryph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Meryph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

Meryph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
